This page explains how a user can delete MindDa cloud data and request account removal.

Last updated: April 29, 2026

Option 1: Delete cloud data in the app

  1. Open MindDa and sign in to the relevant account.
  2. Go to the profile area and open the privacy or data management section.
  3. Use the Clear All Cloud Data control.
  4. Confirm the deletion request in the app.

This flow is intended to permanently remove cloud-stored conversations, tasks, profile data, preferences, and binding information from active systems, subject to backup and legal retention limits.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email privacy@mindda.app with the subject Delete My Account or Delete My Data.

Include the email address used to sign in so the request can be matched to the correct account.

What will be deleted

  • Conversation records
  • Tasks, goals, habits, and related metadata
  • Profile information and preferences
  • Assistant persona settings and behavior-related user data
  • Account binding information stored by MindDa

What may be retained

Limited backup data, security logs, or records required by law may remain for a reasonable retention period before permanent removal, where applicable.
