1. Service Description

MindDa is an AI-assisted tool intended to help users with task capture, planning, reminders, mood-related reflection, and execution support.

AI-generated suggestions are provided for general assistance only and do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the security of your sign-in credentials and connected providers.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive purposes
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or bypass the security of the service
  • Use the service in a way that harms other users, the platform, or connected infrastructure

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in MindDa. You grant MindDa the limited rights necessary to process, store, and display that content in order to operate the service for you.

5. Intellectual Property

The MindDa application, design, branding, code, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where required to use the service, no license is granted to copy or redistribute those materials.

6. Service Changes and Availability

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for a user's specific situation. Users remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindDa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.

9. Data and Privacy

Use of the service is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected and used.

We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address material violations of these terms.
